The Chicago Pneumatic CPE-100 compressor is the result of more than 30 years of continuous product development. Their design and manufacturing policy is to produce a quality product combining reliability, low maintenance and energy efficiency at a market-leading price.

The high efficiency air filter is an encapsulated filter with two stages of filtration. The first stage is a pre-cyclonic separation and the second stage uses impact filtration to reduce all dust particles down to 2 micron. This ensures minimal dust is mixed with the oil, improves the compressor life and reduces pressure drop which in turn saves on your energy costs.

The main drive motor is a 100hp TEFC WEG motor.This protects the motor from moisture and dust/debris if your compressor is located in a dirty enviroment. The CPE series from Chicago Pneumatic also utilizes smart transmission engineering to minimize the internal loads resulting in longer bearing lifetime. Since the motor is placed at the cooling air inlet, this ensuring optimum cooling for perfect running conditions and lower operating temperatures. A large centrifugal fan is mounted immediately behind the inlet baffle to blow fresh cooling air across the motor and compressor package, while pushing warm air out of the compressor past the cooler. This fan further reduces operating temperatures and lowers noise levels.

The airend is the main compression chamber containing the rotary screws. Chicago Pneumatic airends incorporate a vast experience and competence as they are being designed, manufactured and tested in a state of the art production facility that is reputed for its quality and consistency. Chicago Pneumatic airends have proven their reliability in over more than 100,000 compressors for more than 40 years. Unlike some gear driven compressors, the gearbox used between the airend and motor is maintenance free and uses no flexible coupling that requires replacement.

This controller offers and advanced user experience with a state of the art 4.3” full color touchscreen display. Easy to use, the ES4000T gives you compressor updates and service alerts before they become a problem. Connectivity is now a standard, giving you access to remotely connect to your compressor anywhere at any given moment. This helps plant managers maximize productivity and eliminate downtime.
