The CPCm 50 is a 50hp rotary screw air compressor that is designed for simple installation and ease of use. The compressor is plug and play – no special foundation is required and the small footprint allows installation anywhere in your plant. The sound attenuating enclosure keeps noise levels quiet while also providing dust protection for the internal components. This compressor is a baseplate design and is meant to be connected to a separate air receiver in your facility.
The CPCM comes with a gear drive transmission. You have no belts to replace and enjoy lower operating (service) costs. The CPCM is 3% more energy efficient compared to belt-driven compressors.
The main drive motor is a 50hp IP55 rated and the cooling fan motor is IP54 rated to provide increased protection and reliability against dust, debris and moisture. Dual inlet filtration provides further protection and helps to keep the internal components clean.
Service is a breeze with this Chicago Pneumatic 50hp rotary screw compressor. All consumables are accessible from one side, resulting in faster service and increased savings.
