Titan 524033 CapSpray 105 Fine Finish HVLP Paint Sprayer

The Titan CapSpray 105 HVLP spray system offers an exclusive 5 stage turbine that delivers more power to atomize heavy coatings. The Capspray Series combines quiet operation and high air cap pressure for the finest atomization possible. This sprayer is capable of atomizing thick latex or solvent-based paints, enamels or varnishes with little or no thinning. Recommended for large residential and commercial projects where specifications call for a variety of light and heavy-bodied coatings.

The CapSpray 105 is built with a Dual Air Filtration system. The turbine has two different air filters— one for atomizing air and one for cooling air. The atomizing air filter is a two-stage, fine mesh filter designed to trap particles that may damage your finish. The atomizing air is discharged through the nozzle of the spray gun where it atomizes the coating material. The cooling air filter is a coarse mesh filter designed to allow the proper amount of air flow through the turbine for cooling purposes. Cooling air is exhausted through the cooling air discharge on the front of the turbine.

Larger projects involving heavier-bodied coatings require the 5-stage power and long-term dependability of the CapSpray 105, a solid – but remarkably lightweight – workhorse High Volume Low Pressure sprayer. This is the sprayer professionals use when projects expand or workshops fill with cabinets and furniture.
