Our house brand Kaishan KLT 8000 compressor oil equivalent is designed to be top off compatible with the Kaishan OEM lubricant. This is a PAO based synthetic oil that provides superior service for up to two years or 8,000 hours in most air compressor applications. This rotary lubricant can be topped off if you are currently using KTL 8000 lubricant in your air compressor. It can also be changed out when performing a complete service and filter change. KTL8000 oil is commonly used in the Kaihan KRSD and KRSP oil injected compressors

This is a premium rotary compressor lubricant designed to protect air compressors from wear and deposit formation inside the airend, bearings, and oil sump tank. Oil carryover is reduced compared to other air compressor lubricants so long-term maintenance costs are lowered. Less oil is needed over the life of the air compressor and minimal carryover increases the efficiency of downstream air treatment such as air dryers and line filters.

The Kaishan part number for this oil in a 1 gallon pail is KTL 8000-1. Sometimes the part number may be shown in your manual as KTL-8000-1. Our internal part number for our equivalent oil is PC46UC which will be reflected on your invoice. This is non-OEM oil but 100% top off compatible with OEM Kaishan.
