Ingersoll Rand 97511042 is an OEM screw used on the high pressure valve plates for the 2340, 2475 and 2545 T30 piston compressor pumps. The screw typically inserts from the bottom of the valve plate and secures the retainer plate, valves and dischage plate to the valve assembly.

Typically 2-3 screws are needed on each valve set depending on your pump model. This is for the screw only and does not include the hex lockwasher.
