Ingersoll Rand All Season Select compressor oil was specifically designed for IR's T30 reciprocating air compressors. People often referred to this as T30 lubricant. 

Ingersoll Rand All Season Select oil is designed to increase the efficiency of your compressed air system. Utilizing a synthetic compressor oil will reduce wear and prevent carbon build-up.

We recommend using synthetic based compressor oil in any Ingersoll Rand piston compressor. You can use all season select synthetic lubricant in any piston air compressor that operates in warm environments. 

38440236 is for a 1.2 gallon/5 liter bottle of All Season Select air compressor oil. This is an ISO 100 /SAE 30 grade oil.
