Ingersoll Rand 32499196 Intercooler for the 2475 Piston Compressor Pump

The intercooler is located behind the compressor pump and connects the low pressure cylinder to the high pressure side of the pump. The intercooler cools the air after it leaves the low pressure side before it enters the high pressure cylinder.

The 32499196 intercooler will work on all of the 2475 piston compressor pumps, including both electric and gas models.

Purchasing part number 32499196 includes both the intercooler as well as the two ¾” compression fittings to connect to the system. Many of the 2475 pump breakdowns will show the intercooler as 32499204, however this part is more expensive and does not include the two compression fittings.
