Graco Contractor PC Airless Spray Gun Replacement Cartridge

The exclusive no-tools ProConnect Replacement Cartridge allows you to finish jobs faster by providing a fast, on-the-job gun rebuild solution. The needle and all wear parts are included in one simple part. Simply replace the cartridge to keep spraying. It's like getting a brand new gun in seconds!

Typically you would replace cartridge if the assembly is leaking or if there is a loss in spray performance that cannot be resolved by flushing the gun.

17Y297 replacement procedure:

1. Relieve pressure.
2. Engage trigger lock
3. Remove tip and guard from gun
4. Disengage trigger lock
5. Depress 2 pins and pull trigger assembly up into repair position. Unscrew cartridge from front of gun Install new cartridge into the gun.
6. Push trigger assembly back down into spray position. The push pins should snap back out to normal position when trigger assembly is engaged.
7. Verify the cartridge is installed correctly by making sure the trigger assembly can wiggle back and forth.
