The CPCm50 D is a 50hp rotary screw air compressor that is designed for simple installation and ease of use. The compressor is plug and play – no special foundation is required and the small footprint allows installation anywhere in your plant. The sound attenuating enclosure keeps noise levels quiet while also providing dust protection for the internal components. This compressor is a baseplate design and is meant to be connected to a separate air receiver in your facility.

A high performance integrated refrigerated air dryer is pre-installed inside of the compressor cabinet. This lowers the dew point of the air to 39ºF providing clean and dry compressed air downstream. A refrigerated dryer protects your valuable downstream equipment from contaminants and prevents water from building up inside the receiver tank. The integrated dryer package on a rotary screw compressor occupies less space, costs less to install, and delivers high quality compressed air to maximize operating efficiency and reduce costs.

The CPCM comes with a gear drive transmission. You have no belts to replace and enjoy lower operating (service) costs. The CPCM is 3% more energy efficient compared to belt-driven compressors.

The main drive motor is a 50hp IP55 rated and the cooling fan motor is IP54 rated to provide increased protection and reliability against dust, debris and moisture. Dual inlet filtration provides further protection and helps to keep the internal components clean.

Service is a breeze with this Chicago Pneumatic 50hp rotary screw compressor. All consumables are accessible from one side, resulting in faster service and increased savings.

The internal factory part numbers for this compressor are 4152034305 for a 230/3/60hz model and 4152034317 for the 460v compressor.

The new CPCM 50 D comes standard equipped with an ES4000T controller that manages and monitors compressor performance. This controller offers and advanced user experience with a state of the art 4.3” full color touchscreen display. Easy to use, the ES4000T gives you compressor updates and service alerts before they become a problem. Connectivity is now a standard, giving you access to remotely connect to your compressor anywhere at any given moment. This helps plant managers maximize productivity and eliminate downtime.
