CA-48 3/4" Compression X 3/4" MPT Genie Air Compressor Check Valve

The CA-48 check valve has 3/4" NPT Male threads that connect into the tank. There are 3/4" compression threads on top of the check valve that connect from the discharge tube.

For a smoother start and to use a motor with a lower starting torque, the Load Genie® combination check and unloader valve conveniently assists a compressor running in a “start/stop” mode to operate more efficiently by releasing the pressure trapped in the compressor head and discharge line after each pump-up cycle. After installation in the discharge line, the Load Genie® senses air flow when the compressor is running and closes an unloading orifice port. When airflow stops, like when the pressure switch turns off the motor, the Load Genie® opens the unloading orifice to release head pressure, while its check valve keeps receiver air from leaking back in.

The Load Genie® is an alternative external unloading valves, which require tubing and fittings and a tank check valve, in addition to the labor required for installation.
