We offer Preventative Maintenance Plans for air compressors. Don't neglect your investment and wait for it to break down. Like a car, it needs periodic care to keep it running smoothly and to make it last.

Although we are located in Portland, OR, we are able to service and repair equipment from all over the United States as long as it can be shipped.

If it turns out that your equipment is not worth repairing we will credit the estimate fee (first hour) towards a new unit.

Air Compressor Repair

Portland Compressor offers two types of air compressor repair - both inside service where you can bring your compressor to us (ideal for homeowner, portable, wheelbarrow and lightweight air compressors) and outside service, where our trained and certified technicians drive to your location. Outside service is great for stationary reciprocating and rotary screw air compressor system. Our outside compressor service technicians travel all throughout the state of Oregon and SW Washington. Also available are preventative maintenance plans, where our service technicians inspect filters, oils, belts, etc... in order to ensure that all components are up to date. This service can be completed as often as the customer would like, but is generally performed either quarterly or bi-annually. Both our inside and outside compressor repair options are able to perform similar services. Common repairs include replacing and servicing pumps, filters and regulators, pressure switches and belt replacements. Also available are oil changes and checkups to ensure that your equipment is up to date and eliminates downtime.

Airless Paint Sprayer Repair

One of the most common placement parts on an airless sprayer is the internal packings. When the packings are clean and in good working order, you get the performance that you would expect from your airless sprayer. When packings start to wear, often times your sprayer will have trouble priming and pushing paint to the gun. As this continues, your piston rod, cylinder and other internal parts will start to break down as well. Fortunately, our inventory is vast and our paint sprayer repairmen have the experience that you need to keep your sprayer in good working order.

Whether it is a simple repack or the replacement of a prime valve, we have the resources to help eliminate your downtime. We are one of the nations largest independant paint sprayer distributors, and are an authorized service center for Graco, Titan, Wagner, SprayTech, Speeflo, Campbell Hausfeld, and other major sprayer brands.

Pressure Washer Repair

Pressure washers need servicing for a variety of reasons. Although many owners attempt to service their power washer on their own, the majority have found it much easier to come to a pressure washer authorized service center. Winterizing and storage is the most common service that needs to be performed on the washer. If water is left into the unit during the winter, it can often freeze and expand, which can ultimately crack the washer pump. Fuel stabalizers need to be added as well, and among other things, the fuel needs to be checked. Generally the winterization of a pressure washer only takes around an hour.

In addition to winterization and general service, there are also a wide variety of other repairs that our service technicians are able to perform.
