Airless Paint Sprayer Repair & Service

Repair of airless paint sprayers, beyond basic maintenance, should be done by a qualified technician due to the risk involved with high pressure fluids. Portland Compressor is a authorized service and warranty repair center for many brands including Graco and Wagner / SprayTech.

We repair sprayers everyday and have tech's that have been fixing airless equipment for many years - we have the experience you can depend on. That being said our repair center is usually busy, but we do offer rush service if you just can't wait. Below is info to get you painting again.

Warranty Service

If you would like us to repair your airless paint sprayer under warranty;

Bring it in to us at the address below, during regular business hours, along with a copy of your receipt showing your purchase of the sprayer.

Shipping Your Airless for Warranty Repair

First call our repair dept, 866-208-6087, for a Repair Authorization.
We will also need a copy of the invoice that lists the unit to be repaired in order to file a warranty claim.
Then you would need to send it insured and shipping paid with the RA# on the outside of the box along with a copy of your receipt/invoice, your full name address and telephone number to;

Once received we would inspect it, diagnose it…

If it is a problem covered by warranty we would get the required parts to fix it if we don’t have them here, then repair it and send it back shipping paid and insured (depending on the manufacturers warranty policies, most pay shipping back to you).

If it is a problem not covered by warranty we would contact you about what it would cost to fix it, then fix it if that is what you want to do and ship it back insured at your expense. There is a 70.00 diagnostic fee for non-warranty work. This fee is credited to your repair bill if you choose to repair or can be applied to the purchase of a new airless sprayer.

Shipping Your Airless for NON-warranty Repair

First call our repair dept, 866-208-6087, for a Repair Authorization.

There is a $70 charge that must be paid upfront, BEFORE any work will be done. This $70 charge will then be credited towards the first hour of labor.

Then you would need to send it insured and shipping paid with the RA# on the outside of the box along with a copy of your receipt/invoice, your full name address and telephone # to;

Once received we would inspect it, diagnose it…

Upon the estimate, we will repair the machine. You would be responsible for any shipping costs in returning the sprayer. Our shop charge is $70 an hour, in addition to any parts that may be needed to repair the machine.
