| The Ultra 495 is our most popular Hi-Boy model.
Designed for the painting professional, who paints daily. The HiBoy cart has
a hose rack, pail hook, retractable handle, is made of welded steel and is chrome
plated for durability as well as easy clean-up. This is a reliable sprayer and will
out perform and outlast competitive sprayers. This is the perfect sprayer for
regular daily use.
This Hi Boy has an all metal
heavy-duty inlet tube that can be easily removed with no special tools to clean or
to reach the inlet ball, just knock it loose with a hammer, no wrench needed. Solid
inlet tubes are less likely to introduce flakes of dried paint into the system from
less than thorough cleaning as the tube does not flex.
Constructed using the proven Graco Endurance Pump, this sprayer
is built to last. These pumps feature long life V-Max Blue Packings, a Chromex
Rod and hardened stainless steel cylinder.
The Ultra 495 has a totally enclosed DC motor to protect
internal components for prolonged motor life and includes a lifetime warranty.
This sprayer is equipped with Graco SmartControl 1.0. This
advanced microprocessor control delivers a consistent spray fan at all spraying pressures
and a tight deadband and fast response when spraying .
Like the rest of the current Graco Contractor Series sprayers
the 495 has an Easy Out Pump Filter which filters from the inside out so it wont collapse
or get stuck when removed. Also, the filter comes out with the cap for less mess to
help ease cleaning. Replacement filters are available in several mesh sizes to help
fine tune your sprayer to the material you are spraying.
The Graco Contractor II 2-finger gun that comes with this
sprayer has a in-gun filter that resides in the handle to help ensure a clean spray.
Replacement filters are available in 2 mesh sizes - standard 60 mesh for most applications
and 100 mesh for fine-finish work.
