Graco HVLP Sprayers

Graco has been the industry leader in Fine Finish Sprayers for over 10 years. They have a wide range of equipment from regular HVLP sprayers to the New FinishPro 390 & 395 Air-Assisted Airless Sprayers.

Graco High Volume Low Pressure Sprayers maximize performance and provide superior fine-finish results. These HVLP sprayers offer excellent gun control. They use high-performance turbines and an efficient filtration system to provide outstanding finish quality.
The three most common Graco HVLP sprayers are the 2500, 3800, and 4900.

HVLP 2500
  • Best for Dyes, inks, and nonwiping stains
  • Portable, 2-Stage turbine
  • Foam prefilter protects main filters from large incoming particals
  • Quick disconnect with ball valve at gun
HVLP 3800
  • Best for automotive finishes, stains, epoxies, lacquers, enamels, urethanes and varnishes
  • Portable, three-stage turbine provides greater air output for heavier materials
  • Warning light indicates when filters need to be cleaned
  • Foam prefilter protects main filters from large incoming particals
  • Automotive-style main filter has large surface area for high cleaning efficiency, resulting in longer turbine life
  • Quick disconnect with ball valve at gun – no tools necessary
HVLP 4900
  • Best for industrial finishes, oil and wall paints, latex and multispec
  • Portable, four-stage turbine provides highest air output for the heaviest materials
  • Two-speed capability reduces turbine air flow allowing for better control with lighter materials
  • Warning light indicates when filters need to be cleaned
  • Foam pre-filter protects main filter from large, incoming particles - easy to clean and replace
  • Automotive-style main filter has large surface area for high cleaning efficency, resulting in longer turbine life
  • Quick disconnect with ball valve at gun and at sprayer – no tools necessary
Graco Also produces the 3800 and 4900 ProComp, which have the same specifications as their counterpart, but feature an on-board compressor.

Graco FinishPro 390 & 395
How it works:
Material is delivered to the gun at lower pressure than traditional airless (500-1500 psi vs. 1500-3000 psi) and is partially atomized through a small tip. Full atomization is achieved by adding a small amount of air (5-35 psi) to the edges of the spray fan – resulting in a softer pattern, more control, higher transfer efficiency, and less overspray.

Benefits:
• Fine finish quality that rivals HVLP
• High production speed of airless
• Ability to spray the widest range of fine finish materials – without reducing!
A full 8 air outlets instead of 4!

Graco’s Exclusive Air Cap Design
• Revolutionary air cap design has been optimized for use with reversible spray tips
• Twice the number of air outlets, each positioned closer to the spray tip
• Delivers a softer, more consistent spray fan from start to finish

Premium G40 Spray Gun -
Allows you to spray stains, enamels, varnishes, lacquers, sealers, and other finishing materials at lower pressures in air-assisted airless mode, resulting in an exceptional finish AND spray a full range of paints, primers, and other heavier materials in airless mode

• Light-weight, compact design is ideal for getting into tight areas
• Ultra-light trigger pull and form-fitted handle means less fatigue for the user
• High Pressure Swivel for improved operator
control and comfort
• Closely aligned air and material hose porting and FlexCoil™ air hose provides increased flexibility while spraying
